    The service was good and the food was good. We stayed for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed the room, which was well-equipped. The pool was lovely, the staff here was incredibly attentive and amazingly efficient. The location was exceptionally nice, in front of gardens and a river.

    The extensive breakfast buffet was a good spread of authentic Turkish cuisine, perfect for starting my day. The fine new pool area offered a serene oasis for relaxation.

    I almost thought about giving a good review since the decor was nice, but the incompetent check-in staff couldn't even generate an invoice! After having several towels taken, i expected complimentary replacements. The air conditioning was terrible too, absoluteley unacceptable for a supposed luxury hotel. I just couldn't recommend this place.
